Die Doppelstadt realisiert das Resilienz-Projekt
Das Projekt „DE-PL-LT Civic Education for Resilience of Communities to Crises by creating a system of modern training as well as professional qualifications for civil protection educators“ wird durch den Ostseerat (Council of the Baltic Sea States (https://cbss.org/)) zu 87% kofinanziert.
Die Fördergrundlage ist der Zuwendungsvertrag Nr. PSF 2021/06 des CBSS Project Support Instrument vom 8.11.2021.
Das gesamte Projektvolumen beträgt 63.200 EUR.
Projektpartner sind:
- Gemeinde Sejny (Polen - https://www.um.sejny.pl/) [Lead Partner],
- Regionalverwaltung Lajzdjai (Litauen - https://www.lazdijai.lt/),
- Gemeinde Słubice (Polen www.slubice.pl ) und
- Stadt Frankfurt (Oder) (Deutschland)
Das Projekt knüpft an den Beschluss der SVV vom 12.12.2019 „Frankfurt-Słubicer Handlungsplan“ an, insbesondere an das Handlungsfeld II. Maßnahme 8.1. „Gemeinsame Initiative mit anderen grenznahen Gemeinden und Landkreisen für grenzüberschreitende Lösungen in der Notfallrettung und ggf. weiterer Herausforderungen der grenzüberschreitenden Gesundheitsversorgung“.
Der Hintergrund des Projektes ist, dass infolge des Ausbruchs von Covid-19 und des möglichen teilweisen Zusammenbruchs des Gesundheitssystems Maßnahmen ergriffen werden sollten, um die Widerstandsfähigkeit der Zivilbevölkerung an den Landesgrenzen zu stärken. Diese Stärkung wollen wir durch Ausbildung in Erster Hilfe und Zivilschutz erreichen.
Die Ziele des Projekts sind: den Bürgern die Möglichkeit zu geben, ihre individuellen Kompetenzen zu verbessern, ein modernes Ausbildungssystem zu schaffen sowie berufliche Qualifikationen für Erzieher im Bereich des Katastrophenschutzes.
Die durchgeführte Ausbildung im Bereich des Zivilschutzes wird dazu beitragen, das Sicherheitsgefühl in der Region der Ostseestaaten steigt.
Gegenstand des Projektes ist, dass Bürger (insg. 160 Personen bei den vier Projektpartnern) sich in „Erster Hilfe und Kommunikation in Krisensituationen“ weiterbilden (gem. den Anforderungen des European Resuscitation Council (Europäischen Rates für Wiederbelebung)).
In Frankfurt (Oder) wurden daher am 22. Mai, 16. Juni und 22. Juni Schulungen angeboten, an denen fast 40 Personen aus der Stadtverwaltung sowie die interessierten Bürger*innen teilgenommen haben. Die Schulungen erfassten folgende Module:

Ferner hat die Stadt Frankfurt (Oder) für die laufenden sowie künftigen Schulungen für Bürger*innen die Phantome im Wert von über 4.000 EUR angeschafft.

The project is linked in with the SVV resolution of 12.12.2019 "Frankfurt-Słubice Action Plan", in particular to field of action II. Measure 8.1 "Joint initiative with other municipalities and districts close to the border for cross-border solutions in emergency rescue and, if necessary, other challenges in cross-border health care".
The background to the project is that action should be taken as a result of the Covid-19 outbreak and the possible partial collapse of the health system, to strengthen the resilience of the civilian population at the country's borders. We want to achieve this strengthening through first aid training and civil defence.
The aims of the project are: to give citizens the opportunity to improve their individual skills,create a modern training system as well as professional qualifications for educators in the field of civil protection.
The provided civil protection training will help to increase the sense of security in the Baltic Sea region.
The aim of the project is to train citizens (160 people in total at the four project partners) in "First Aid and Communication in Crisis Situations" (according to the requirements of the European Resuscitation Council).
Therefore, training sessions were offered in Frankfurt (Oder) on 22 May, 16 June and 22 June, which were attended by almost 40 people from the city administration as well as interested citizens.

Furthermore, the City of Frankfurt (Oder) has purchased the phantoms worth more than 4,000 EUR for the current and future trainings for citizens.
